Burglary Near You - Lindum Banklands Avenue

Dear Resident

You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Lindum Banklands Avenue, this occurred on Wednesday 29th April 1700hrs and Thursday 30th April 0715hrs, The methos of entry was to force entry to the garage by prising open the garage door using an unknown item. 

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it between Wednesday 29th April 1700hrs and Thursday 30th April 0715hrs to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
